Payment process & transparency at Snedker Dupont

Safe trading. No deposit. No surprises.

At Snedker Dupont we want you as a customer to feel completely secure from ordering to delivery. That's why we have made the entire process simple, fair and transparent. You only pay when the furniture is delivered - either directly upon delivery or via an invoice with a 3-day payment deadline.

Here's how it works:

  • 1. You order via the webshop
    All prices are fixed and include VAT and delivery. You choose your furniture and place your order directly on the webshop.

  • 2. We will contact you within 24 hours
    After ordering, we will contact you to ensure that all information has been received correctly – such as dimensions, wood type, color and frame. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and customize your order if necessary.

  • 3. We will get started after your approval.
    Once you have approved that everything looks right, we will start production in our workshop. Everything is made by hand – and you can get pictures along the way if you wish.

  • 4. Delivery and payment
    When the furniture is finished, we deliver it directly to your home – free of charge. If the table needs to be carried up stairs, there may be a small surcharge, which we always agree with you in advance.

You choose how you want to pay:

  • Upon delivery
  • Via invoice with 3-day payment deadline

If you regret it – or are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied upon delivery, we will take the furniture back - at no cost to you.

  • Any surcharge for floor delivery is always agreed in advance.

SnedkerDupont er en dansk virksomhed, der siden 2022 har produceret plankeborde og møbler med afsæt i ægte dansk håndværk. Vores fokus er altid på kvalitet og detalje – hvert møbel skabes med respekt for træets naturlige udtryk og en konstruktion, der holder i mange år.

Vi står selv for udvælgelse af planker, design og produktion på vores værksted i Taastrup. På den måde kan vi garantere, at hvert bord lever op til vores høje standarder. Alt træ er nøje udvalgt, møbeltørret og FSC-certificeret fra godkendte leverandører.

I vores sortiment finder du plankeborde, spiseborde, bænke og specialløsninger – alt produceret på bestilling og efter mål, så møblet passer perfekt ind i dit hjem. Som kunde vælger du selv overfladebehandling og stel, hvad enten du ønsker elegante metalben eller håndlavede træben.
